These are not just a star shaped bolt they have a ball bearing to tap into the hole after tightening (Please make sure you do not need to remove after the ball bearing is inserted as once this is done they cannot be removed)

You have a choice of M8 (8mm bolt) or M10 (10mm bolt) sized Anti-Theft security with countersunk or dome headed bolt fixing
(Choose countersunk if you need a flush fitting)

Sizes

• Threaded Bolt - 70mm x 10mm for M10 or 60mm-65mm x 8mm for M8
• Sleeve - 60mm x 16mm for M10 or 50mm x 14mm for M8

They come complete with ball bearing inserts which are tapped in when fitted to make them non-removable.

USES
They can be used when you need would usually use a standard rawlbolt /sleeve anchor, by using ours it would then provide an Anti-Theft secure fixing.
These are what we recommend for all of our products if you are fitting them into masonry/cement and wish an Anti-Theft option.

FIXING INSTRUCTIONS

1. USE GROUND ANCHOR/GRILLE OR OTHER ITEM TO BE SECURED AS TEMPLATE TO MARK DRILLING POSITION ON FLOOR/WALL
2. DRILL TO APPROX 75MM WITH A 14mm (for M8) or 16mm (for M10) SIZED DRILL BIT
3. SCREW THE BOLT INTO THE SLEEVE SO THE HEAD JUST TOUCHES THE SLEEVE TOP COLLAR (THIS PREVENTS THE BOTTOM LUG ON THE SLEEVE FROM BEING KNOCKED INTO THE HOLE
4. PUSH OR TAP IN THE BOLT AND SLEEVE UNTIL THEY ARE FLUSH WITH THE SURFACE
5. TIGHTEN THE BOLT TO SET THE SLEEVE INTO THE WALL WITH AN ALLEN KEY (5MM FOR M8 or 6MM FOR M10)
6. UNDO THE BOLT LEAVING THE SLEEVE IN THE WALL
7. POSITION GROUND ANCHOR/GRILLE OVER HOLES AND SCREW IN THE BOLT
8. WHEN FULLY TIGHT TAP IN THE BALL BEARING IN TO ALLEN KEY HOLE
