SHIELDED PADLOCK HINGED SECURITY GRILLE

These security grilles are manufactured to a high standard to greatly increase the protection of your home / business.

Description

• They are made from 20mm box section vertical bars, 30mm x 8mm solid bar and 30mmx 30mm angle as a minimum for the horizontals.

• With concealed pre-drilled fixing holes on 40mm x 40mm steel angle sections provided for secure wall fixing.

THE LOCK IS FULLY SHROUDED APART FROM KEY ENTRANCE AT BASE PROVIDING ULTIMATE SECURITY

Painting
All grilles can be in bare steel or primed.

• Positioning of the grille will fit to the outside face of the brickwork (can be made to fit into a recess please ask for details).
• Comes with 3 anti-spreader bars
• High security shielded padlock
• Option of removable or non removable (please ask if you need non removable version)
• Removable version is only able to be removed when unlocked and opened slightly
• High strength hand built hinges
• Once padlock is locked the grille and engagement tab are inseparable.

Sizes
The grille will be manufactured to below sizes
Height - 2000mm (2 metre) or custom height (select at top)
Width - either 1000mm, 1100mm, 1200mm or custom width (select at top)
(The width will be to the outside edge of the angles and the fixing holes will be 40mm less).

Larger sizes can be manufactured please ask

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR REQUIRED SIZE

A - OPENING WIDTH
(THESE MEASUREMENTS ARE THE OPENING IN THE BRICKWORK)

STEP 1
MEASURE A - (WIDTH) (THEN ADD 200MM (100MM per side) TO THE WIDTH TO PROVIDE SECURE FIXING IN TO SOLID BRICK).

STEP 2
MEASURE YOUR HEIGHT NEEDED (you do not need to add any to the height)

STEP 3
WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR WIDTH AND HEIGHT YOU CAN ORDER THE CLOSEST LARGER WIDTH
(E.G. if your door width was 990mm you would then add 200mm making it 1190mm so you would want 1200mm width grille).
