WE USE 12MM SOLID ROUND BARS FOR THIS GRILLE USE OF ANY THINNER LIKE 10MM WILL BE NO GOOD AS THIS COULD BE TOO WEAK


MANUFACTURE
These security grilles are manufactured to a high standard to greatly increase the protection of your home / business. Looking at the pictures you can see that the grille arms will extend beyond the width of the window 75mm per side so as to get a good fixing point into solid brick.

Key Features

• They are made from 12mm diameter solid steel section bars.
• The bars will be spaced approx 100-120mm apart.
• Anti-spread bar for extra strength if needed (Depending on style choice and sizes of grille)
• Fixings holes are provided by solid steel tabs welded on to horizontal bars.
• The grille can be raised of the wall to provide the ability to open your window for ventilation.
• Choice of ornamentation if needed - Choose from top
• The design of this grille has been done for a low impact but high security at a low price for D.I.Y. fitting.
• Style 2 can be used either way round to produce a 2 different looks (1 way has heart shape)

PAINTING
All grilles will be supplied painted in black etch primer

Choices available

• Size - Any size upto 1m x 1m, 1.2m x 1.2m or for a larger grille any size up to 1.5m x 1.5m

Size eg. 

575mm x 600mm or 450mm x 500mm etc. (1m x 1m option)

1250mm x 1300mm or 1450mm x 890mm etc. (1.5m x 1.5m option)

• Style - 2 Styles of ornamentation are available or you can choose to have plain bars
• Raised - This is if you need the grille raised of the wall to slightly open a window

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR REQUIRED SIZE 
A - OPENING WIDTH
B - OPENING HEIGHT

(THESE MEASUREMENTS ARE THE OPENING IN THE BRICKWORK - imagine if your window including frame were not fitted and only a hole in the wall was there).

STEP 1
MEASURE A - (WIDTH)
Add approx. 150mm onto this size to get your fixing hole centre size this will give you 3" per size extra to the opening so that you get a solid place to drill,

IF YOU BUY PLEASE LET US KNOW THE SIZES NEEDED
WE WILL THEN MAKE YOUR ITEM TO THE HEIGHT GIVEN AND THE WIDTH WILL BE TO THE FIXING HOLE CENTRES ON THE TABS
(PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GRILLE MAY HAVE MORE ORNAMENTATION THAN IN THE PICTURES ON LARGER GRILLES)
