Double Door Security Grille/Gate

This is a high security gate that is designed and manufactured by us, this is provided with a high security bolt that can be padlocked
Perfect for larger doors or double patio doors upto 2.5m (2500mm) wide


Shrouding will be provided over the bolt between the sections to prevent cutting, images above include one with the shrouding removed so you can see the solid bar going across the sections .

Details

• These security grilles are manufactured to a high standard to greatly increase the protection of your home / business. 
• They are made from 20mm box section vertical bars, 30mm x 8mm solid bar and 30mmx 30mm angle as a minimum for the horizontals.
• There are 2 sections to the grille one opens left and one opens right and can open a full 180+ degrees to fold flush against the wall (except in recess version)
• The bolt is made from 15mm solid steel bar and will have steel shielding over the area between the two grilles to prevent cutting
• The grille will be fitted with solid steel INTEGRAL hinges with padlock facility.
• Padlock facility provided by welded SOLID steel sliding bolt that can be operated from inside or out.

How to measure to get your sizes

STEP 1
MEASURE A - (WIDTH)
HEIGHT WILL BE ANY SIZE YOU NEED UP TO 2000MM (2M)

STEP 2
WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR SIZE ADD 150MM+ (75MM per side) TO THE WIDTH TO PROVIDE SECURE FIXING IN TO SOLID BRICK,
(PICK THE CLOSEST WIDTH  SIZE NEEDED FROM THE DROP BOX AND ADD A NOTE WITH YOUR ORDER STATING WIDTH AND HEIGHT).

(IF FITTING INTO A RECESS/REVEAL PLEASE SELECT SIZE AND LET US KNOW WHAT THE MAXIMUM WIDTH AND HEIGHT OF THE GRILLE CAN BE IN TOTAL)

STEP 3
WE WILL THEN REPLY WITH CONFIRMATION OF SIZES

THE WIDTH SIZE YOU GIVE US WE WILL USE FOR YOUR FIXING HOLE CENTRES (EG. IF YOU STATE YOU REQUIRE A 1800MM WIDTH THEN THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE FIXING HOLE CENTRES WILL BE 1800MM TOTAL WIDTH WOULD BE +40MM =1840MM)

THE HEIGHT SIZE YOU GIVE US WE WILL USE FOR THE HEIGHT OF THE GRILLE SECTION WITHOUT THE FIXING TABS (EG. IF YOU STATE YOU NEED A HEIGHT OF 2000MM THEN THE HEIGHT OF THE GRILLE WILL BE 2000MM HIGH +85MM FOR THE FIXING TABS = TOTAL HEIGHT OF 2085MM

Fixing hole centres is the width between the holes you will drill.
